1. Purpose of This Policy
Arteliora is a creative atelier — a studio where curators co-create with the masters of art history. This Acceptable Use Policy defines what the atelier permits and prohibits, so that the space remains safe, lawful, and inspiring for everyone who enters. By using Arteliora, you accept this policy alongside our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Content
You agree not to generate, upload, exhibit, or distribute any of the following categories of content on Arteliora: (a) NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content, including depictions of nudity, sexual acts, or sexualized depictions of real or fictional persons; (b) content that sexualizes, exploits, or depicts minors, including any AI-generated or fictional depiction of persons under 18; (c) deepfakes, face-swap imagery, or non-consensual likenesses of real persons; (d) hateful, harassing, threatening, or defamatory content targeting any individual or group; (e) content that depicts, encourages, or instructs violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity; (f) content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights of third parties; (g) content designed to evade our content moderation systems or that misrepresents its actual intent. The atelier reserves the right to assess violations in our sole discretion.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the atelier: do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, mine, or extract data from the platform; do not disrupt, overload, or attack the service, its infrastructure, or its upstream providers; do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts beyond what is necessary for normal use; do not resell, sublicense, or syndicate access to the platform without our written permission; do not bypass, disable, or tamper with our content moderation, security, or rate-limiting controls. Curators who violate these rules may have their access restricted or revoked.
4. Enforcement
Arteliora enforces this policy through a combination of automated and human review. Every prompt submitted to the atelier is screened by our content-moderation layer before image generation; prompts flagged as prohibited are blocked and no image is produced. Public gallery works are subject to further review, and we may remove any content or suspend any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates this policy or our Terms of Service. Enforcement actions may include content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Where required by law, we will report violations to the appropriate authorities.
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content on Arteliora that you believe violates this policy, report it. Reports can be submitted through the report control on each gallery piece, or by emailing report@arteliora.com. We review reports within 48 hours and act on violations consistent with this policy. Curators whose work is removed may appeal by contacting us at legal@arteliora.com.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect, where required by law. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The revised policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
